EVENING FITNESS

Spend your Thursday evenings with New York Health & Racquet Club and Paragon Sports. Over the summer, experience the best of the studio's dance, HIIT and yoga classes in Union Square Park. Plus join the Paragon Run Club for their weekly training runs to the East River.
