We’re taking it to Brazil in this unique Pilates inspired workout that will shimmy your waistline and tighten your boom boom. Feel the burn while you firm as you work your muscles more efficiently by combining Pilates-inspired standing moves with light hand weights and traditional Pilates mat exercises on the floor.
