Cardio & Strength with Brick New York

Brick New York's B|X workouts are high energy, face-paced cardio with body weight interval training.  The classes are similar to a boot camp and perfect for the person looking for a non-stop, action-packed 45 minutes of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting.  B|X focuses on cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training.
