Wake Up Yoga with Atmananda

Our Open Flow class is for all levels. We use the Sun Salutations to warm up, and then take you through various hip-openers, forward bends, and backbends to energize and open up the heart, calm the mind and fire the digestion. The movement initiates with the breath to bring awareness and connect to the vital energy of the body, Prana.
