ASH FIT is an agile method that focuses on cardio, strength training, and flexibility through heart-pumping interval training, core stabilization and toning, and utilizing body weight movements inspired by boxing & martial arts.  While challenging, this energy packed workout is designed to be an individualized progressive experience for both elite athletes and amateur fitness enthusiasts.
