Join Sarah Elizondo for Insanity®. The program uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercises and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Work out with us on Union Square’s North Plaza (near 17th Street). Check in and sign a waiver at the Paragon Sports tent before class begins.
