Join instructor Donna Carnow of CorePower Yoga for a 7 AM yoga session. Their unique practice combines yoga basics with strength training, so bring friends and come ready to sweat. This open-level class is structured to be simple enough for beginning students, but includes variations to challenge all levels and abilities.
Meet on Union Square’s South Plaza (near 14th Street). Check in and sign a waiver at the Paragon Sports tent before class begins.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT/TOWEL. LIMITED NUMBER OF MATS WILL BE GIVEN OUT EVERY WEEK. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
