THE WELL has teamed up with Union Square Partnership to bring your favorite Mindful Movement classes outdoors this summer. Join us every Thursday for a complimentary group workout on the west side of the park. Class offerings will change each week and are open to all levels. This week is Vinyasa Yoga. BYO-Mat!

Meet on Union Square’s West Plaza. Check in and sign a waiver at the Union Square Partnership tent before class begins.
